Quickly remove duplicate or incorrectly added enrollments.
Speed up data cleanup when reassigning courses or learning paths.
Keep the enrollment list up to date without doing it one by one.
Improve the accuracy of progress and compliance reports.
Navigation: Academy → Courses or Academy → Learning Paths
Go to Academy and select Courses or Learning Paths.
Click on the course or learning path with the enrollments you want to delete.
Inside the course, go to Enrollment Management → Delete multiple enrollments.
Apply filters if needed to narrow down the selection before deleting.
Select the enrollments using the checkbox on each row (or the general checkbox to select all).
Click Delete and confirm the action.
The selected enrollments change status and are no longer shown on screen or in exports.
This action is irreversible from the interface. Double-check your selection before confirming.
This feature is only available to users with administrator or training management permissions.
What happens to deleted enrollments?
They are soft-deleted: they no longer appear on screen or in exports, but the internal record is preserved.
Can I undo the deletion?
No. The action is irreversible from the interface. If you need to restore enrollments, contact the support team.
Does it affect historical reports?
No. Reports generated before the deletion retain the data that was consolidated up to that point.
Can I filter enrollments before deleting?
Yes. It's recommended to apply filters first to make sure only the right records are selected.
Can I also delete enrollments from learning paths?
Yes. The feature applies to both individual courses and learning paths.
