Shows how employees are distributed based on their behavior across simulations (repeat offenders, needs attention, never assigned, no interaction)
Identifies which departments, teams, or countries have the highest repeat offender rate or lowest assignment coverage
Detects gaps in training assignment for users who have never received a simulation
Includes quick-action shortcuts directly from the dashboard: analyze employees, send a phishing simulation, or send a qrishing simulation

View the dashboard On load, data for the active period is fetched automatically.
Read the People Status Distribution The main section is divided into three columns:
Left column — User status Donut chart showing total active users distributed across 4 states:
Repeat offenders (red) – fell for more than one simulation
Needs attention (yellow) – users who fell for a single simulation
Never assigned (blue) – users who never received a simulation
No interaction (green) – received simulations but never interacted with any
Center column — Status indicators 4 metrics with absolute value and % of total victims:
Repeat offender rate
Needs attention
Never assigned
No interaction
Below sits the Top repeat offenders block. Lists employees who fell for more than one simulation. The percentage indicates the proportion of campaigns the user fell for out of the total campaigns assigned to them. E.g., 75% means they fell for 3 out of every 4 assigned campaigns.
Quick-action shortcuts with arrows (→):
Employee analysis
Send a phishing simulation
Send a qrishing simulation
Right column — Other indicators Additional metrics expressed in absolute value and % of total victims:
Assigned users who failed: users who had catalog courses assigned and still failed. Not necessarily tied to a specific campaign.
Completed and failed: users who completed catalog courses and still failed. Not necessarily tied to a specific campaign.

Read the Repeat Offenders and Assignment Coverage blocks Further down, 6 blocks are shown with a grouping selector (Departments / Teams / Countries):
Repeat offenders by department
Repeat offenders by team
Repeat offenders by country
Assignment coverage by department
Assignment coverage by team
Assignment coverage by country
Each block shows progress bars with % per group. Green bars with a check icon indicate good standing (0% repeat offenders). Red bars with an alert icon indicate groups with high failure rates or low coverage.
The dropdown selector allows switching the grouping between Departments, Teams, and Countries without reloading the page.
"Previous period" toggle Disabled by default in this view. When enabled, indicators show a comparison with the previous period.
Apply filters Click Filters (top right). A side panel opens with:
Manual date range (From / To fields with date picker)
Preset periods: Last 7 days / Last 14 days / Last 30 days / Last 60 days / Last 90 days / Last year
Segment filters (Target): Department / Groups. 🔜 Filters by Countries and Roles will be available soon.
Click Save to apply. All blocks reload with the filtered data.
What is the difference between "Needs attention" and "Repeat offenders"?
"Repeat offenders" are users who already fell for more than one simulation. "Needs attention" groups users who failed a single simulation.
What does "Never assigned" mean?
These are employees in the organization who have never received a simulation. It's a coverage indicator: a high number signals gaps in the awareness strategy.
Do the quick-action shortcuts (Employee analysis, Send simulation) navigate elsewhere?
Yes, they are navigation shortcuts that redirect directly to the corresponding features within the platform.
Can I view repeat offenders grouped by team instead of department?
Yes. Each Repeat Offenders and Coverage block has a dropdown selector with options: Departments / Teams / Countries.
Does the tooltip on the progress bars show additional information?
Yes. Hovering over a bar displays the % with a contextual label (e.g., "9.5% of total victims").
