View the overall status of your organization's training program.
Identify users who are At risk, Needs attention, Up to date, or No training assigned.
Analyze the program's evolution compared to the previous period.
Detect training gaps by department or group.
Make strategic decisions based on data and take action from the same panel.
Use Academy Analytics when you want to answer questions like:
How many employees have overdue training today?
Which departments have the lowest training coverage?
Did the program improve or worsen compared to last month?
Are there active employees who never received training?
It's especially useful before audits, leadership presentations, or when you want to prioritize who to assign training to first.
Shows all active users classified into four statuses:
Status
What it means
What to do
🔴 At risk
They have courses or LPs with an overdue date
Prioritize: assign training or send a reminder
🟡 Needs attention
They have pending training, deadline still active
Monitor; act if the deadline is approaching
🟢 Up to date
Completed all their active assignments
No action required
⚪ No training assigned
Active but with no training assigned
Evaluate whether training should be assigned
Note: Each status card is interactive. Clicking it (or pressing
Enter/Spacewith the card focused viaTab) automatically navigates to the Audit Log, filtered by that status.
Coverage by department and group
Shows what percentage of users with assigned training completed it, grouped by area. A department with low coverage is a concrete gap that requires action.
How is coverage calculated? Only users who have training assigned are considered.
Formula: Coverage = Users with completed courses ÷ (Active users − Users with no assignments)
Example: 5 active users, 1 with no assignments, 2 with completed training → 2 ÷ (5 − 1) = 50% (not 40%).
This ensures a fair measurement of actual compliance.
Comparison with the previous period
When you turn on the Last period toggle, each metric shows whether it improved or worsened compared to the previous period. Use it to detect trends before they become problems.
Percentages reflect only active users. Users with no assignments do not affect the coverage percentage.
Navigation: Academia → Analíticas de Academia
Go to Academy → Academy Analytics.
Turn on the Last period toggle to compare current metrics with the previous period.
Use the Filters button to segment the information by department, group, or other available criteria.
Analyze the dashboard's main metrics:
People distribution: shows the number of active users by status:
🔴 At risk: users with overdue courses.
🟡 Needs attention: users with pending training that hasn't expired yet.
🟢 Up to date: users who completed all their active assignments.
⚪ No training assigned: active users with no training assigned.
Coverage by department and group: helps detect areas with training gaps.
Clicking on any of these cards automatically scrolls the page down to the Audit Log table, already filtered by that status. The filter is reflected in the URL (for example,
?status=en_riesgo), so you can copy and share the link: whoever opens it will see the table filtered and positioned in that section. The period you have selected is kept when applying the status filter.
Once you've identified a risk or gap, use the Quick actions in the side panel to take action without leaving the dashboard:
Course audit log
Learning path audit log
Assign a game
Assign a course
Assign a learning path
To export the dashboard, choose the format you need: PDF, PNG, or JPEG.
Percentages reflect only active users. Users with no assignments do not affect the coverage percentage.

Quick actions let you go from analysis to action without switching screens.
Below the dashboard you'll find a table with one row per employee, showing their training status (calculated by the system) and how much they completed of each content type.
By default, the table shows the columns: Employee, ID, Status, Trivia, Courses, and Learning paths.
To filter by status, use the Status dropdown and choose one. There are also filters for Department, Country, and Groups. Each filter you turn on appears as a removable chip above the table.
The table's Status filter is synced with the URL: if you arrive from a dashboard card or a shared link, the table already appears filtered. When you clear the filter, the table shows all statuses again and the browser's Back button exits that screen cleanly.
The filters in the Academy header (for example, the period) also apply to this table.
You can search by employee name with the search box.
You can sort the table by Employee, Trivia, Courses, or Learning paths. The rest of the columns cannot be sorted.
The previous Academy Analytics view was replaced by this dashboard. The per-enrollment and per-course detail that the previous view offered is still available from the Quick actions (Course audit log / Learning path audit log).
From Columns you can show or hide Role, Department, Groups, and Country (these four are hidden by default).
Groups is shown in a popover with the initials of each group.
If an employee has no country loaded, you'll see "N/A".
From Export CSV you can download the academy-audit-log.csv file, which respects the status and filters you currently have active. In addition to the totals per employee, the file includes three columns with the detail of what was completed: Completed trivia, Completed courses, and Completed learning paths, with names separated by commas. Courses completed within a learning path are shown as Course (LP: Path). Only completed content is listed (not what's assigned, in progress, or overdue).
If there are no results for the applied filters, the table shows an empty state indicating that you should adjust the filters or the search.
"At risk" are users with already overdue courses. "Needs attention" are users with pending training whose deadline hasn't expired yet.
These are users who completed all their active assignments.
Active users who don't have any course or learning path assigned.
Yes. When you turn on the period filter, the dashboard automatically updates trends and comparisons.
No. Actions impact future results, but they do not alter past metrics.
Yes. You can export the dashboard in PDF, PNG, or JPEG format. In addition, the audit log table has its own CSV export, which respects the active filters (see "Export CSV" above).
Yes, in the audit log table below, by filtering by Status.
It only includes what you're viewing at that moment: it respects the status and filters active at the time of export.
Role, Department, Groups, and Country are not shown by default to keep the table simpler; you can enable them from "
