Audit overall training and learning path completion across your organization.
Check the enrollment and expiration date for each assigned course or learning path.

Apply filters to segment records based on what you need to review. You can filter by:
Employee name or email
Department, Country, or Team
Specific Course or Learning Path
Enrollment or expiration date range
Check the top indicators for a high-level status overview. They show the total enrollments grouped by:
All · Completed · Expired · Pending · Updated – Redo
Clicking an indicator automatically filters the table to show only that status.
Explore the results table. Available columns vary depending on content type:
Courses: Email, Employee, Department, Country, Team, Enrollment date, Expiration date, Course, Status, History, Certificate.
Learning Paths: Email, Employee, Department, Country, Learning Path, Team, Dates, Status, Progress (%), History, Certificate.
Use the available actions:
Columns: choose which columns to display in the table.
Export: download a CSV with the currently visible data and applied filters.
Certificate: available in the row when the course or learning path has been completed. Download it directly.
Deleted enrollments no longer appear in the list. The "Deleted" filter was removed to avoid confusion.
What is the difference between courses and learning paths?
Courses are individual training units. Learning Paths group several courses into a single sequence and display the overall completion progress as a percentage (%).
What does "Updated – Redo" mean?
It means the course or Learning Path content was updated, and the employee needs to complete it again for their enrollment to be considered current.
Why are some records missing?
Deleted enrollments are no longer shown. If you can't find a record, it may have been deleted previously.
What does the exported CSV include?
It includes all columns visible at the time of export and reflects the exact filters applied on screen.
How do I know if an employee finished a Learning Path?
The Progress (%) field shows the overall completion. When it reaches 100% and the status shows Completed, the path is done. You can also download the certificate if one is available.
