From Academia → Cursos, the Multiple Assignment button opens a 3-step wizard to assign one or several courses at once.
Step 1 — Selection
Choose one or more courses by selecting its card or checkbox. You can search, sort (A-Z / Z-A), filter by language or tag, and paginate. You need at least one course to continue.
Step 2 — Assignment (audience)
Define who you are assigning the courses to:
All employees: your entire organization.
Custom audience: opens "Create custom audience" and allows you to choose specific collaborators, with search and filters.
The Suggested audience option is visible but currently disabled
The top chip shows at all times how many users you have selected.
Step 3 — Date
Define Start date (today by default) and End date (in one month by default).
The start date cannot be in the past.
The end date must be later than the start date.
Confirmation
When you press Save, a review screen appears with the summary (courses, number of users, date range). When you confirm with Assign, you'll see the message "Assignment completed successfully" and return to the list.
You can exit at any time with Cancel, or go back a step with Back.
This feature is also available for Learning Paths.
Can I revert a bulk assignment?
Not automatically. If you need to undo an assignment, you have to delete it manually from the users or courses list.
Does this feature only apply to courses?
No. You can also use it to assign Learning Paths in bulk.
Can I assign courses from different categories in the same action?
Yes. Course selection is not limited by category.
Can I assign courses to groups of collaborators?
Currently the assignment is made to "All employees" or to a custom audience built through search and filters of individual collaborators.
Do users receive any notification when assigned?
It depends on your organization's notification settings on the platform.
