Each path is a card with its level, its title, the trimmed description and two buttons:
Courses — expands over the card the courses it includes. It shows the first three and, if there are more, a line with how many remain; to see the full list, go to the detail view.
See more — opens the path's detail view.
There are four levels, going from least to most demanding: Apprentice, Expert, Master and Legend. Whalemate's paths also come with their badge; the ones you created don't.
If a path changed recently, the card carries an amber label "Updated on:" with the date. It's the signal that the content was modified and that whoever already completed it may benefit from redoing it.
The Filters button lets you narrow down by title, level and language.
Watch out for the language: the filter comes in with your company's language already selected. If a path is in another language, it doesn't appear in the list until you change that filter. It's the most common explanation for "I can't find the path I was shown."
The three-dot menu on the card, with Edit and Delete, appears only on paths created by your company: Whalemate's paths can't be edited or deleted. On computer the menu shows up when you hover over the card; on mobile it's always visible.
The Learning Path Management button opens two options: Bulk assignment, to enroll several people in several paths at once, and the creation of a custom path. Both have their own documentation.
At the top is the cover with the title, the description and the level, and two actions: Assign Learning Path, which opens the enrollment creation screen, and the download button that downloads the path's information in PDF.
Below there are two tabs.
Courses. One card per course, in the order in which the collaborator will go through them, with its title and its subheading. The Description button for each course expands its sections, one card per section according to its type —reading, video, practice or exam—. Click on any of them to open a preview of the content just as the collaborator will see it. On the right, the Learning Path Information stays fixed, with the full description.
Enrollments. One row per enrolled person, with Employee, Email, Personal ID, Department, Groups, Enrollment date, Due date and Status.
The row menu (⋯) has History, which opens that person's timeline on the path —when it was assigned to them, which sections they completed, which quizzes they passed and with what score, and whether they finished—, and Delete.
To work in batch, select several rows and use Delete multiple enrollments; the dialog confirms that the action deletes the selected enrollments.
Reschedule changes the due date of the enrollments you choose, to give more time without having to re-enroll anyone.
Deleting an enrollment removes the path from that person and with it the progress they had. If what you need is to give them more time, use Reschedule instead of deleting and re-assigning.
In the History, when the path was automatically assigned because the person fell for a phishing simulation, the timeline marks it as "From phishing simulation".
Most likely it's the language filter, which comes in with your company's language already set: open Filters and change it, or set it to all languages. If it still doesn't appear, check that you don't have a level or title filter active.
No. Only the paths created by your company have the Edit and Delete options. If you need a variant of one of our paths, create it as a custom path.
It's its degree of difficulty, from least to most: Apprentice, Expert, Master and Legend. It helps you avoid starting an awareness program with the hardest path.
It means the path's content changed on that date. It doesn't get reassigned on its own: if it matters to you that your people see the new version, you need to reassign it.
In the Enrollments tab use Reschedule with that person selected and set the new date. There's no need to delete the enrollment or re-enroll them, so they keep the progress they already had.
