Plan the half-year at a glance, without overlapping campaigns or leaving months empty.
Create a simulation directly in the month you want, without having to set the date afterwards.
See the state of what you already launched: how many people each campaign reaches and which ones were left half-configured.
Stop a running campaign and resume it later, if something got complicated.
Get into the results of any campaign without going through Insights.
Open the screen
In the side menu, Awareness → Simulations. The Launch calendar opens.
If your company has not launched anything yet, instead of the calendar you see a welcome screen — "Start by creating your next launch in just a few steps" — with a Start button.
Understand how it is organized
It is not a calendar of days: it is a six-month timeline, the current month and the next five, from nearest to furthest. Each month has its own header with the date and, below it, the campaigns going out that month.
A month with nothing scheduled shows "Click the Add (+) button and set up the launches that will be sent this month."
Read the cards
Each campaign is a card with:
The logo of the template it uses, or the icon of the campaign type.
The name you gave it when you created it.
The tags it inherits from the template, always in the same order: first the language, then the attack type (click only, credential theft, ransomware), the complexity, the industry, and the rest at the end. If it is a test campaign, it carries its tag.
Employees — how many people it reaches.
The three simulation types coexist in the calendar: email, QR, and Smishing. Smishing only appears if your account has it enabled.
The DRAFT tag means it is a draft and has not sent anything yet. It is created on its own if you started configuring a simulation and did not reach the end. You can pick it back up from here, and while it stays a draft nobody receives it.
QR campaigns in draft show the Draft tag on their card, just like the Smishing ones. A QR campaign stays a draft as long as it has not been published; the tag explains why its action menu only offers Edit and Delete. Campaigns that are already published do not show it.
Create a new campaign
Two paths lead to the same place:
The New Launch button, at the top right.
The + below a month, which also pre-loads that month as the date.
In both cases you choose the type: Email, QR, Smishing, or USB Drop. Each one has its own flow. USB Drop is not yet available from the platform: if you choose it, a notice opens telling you to contact the team. The same happens with Smishing if your account does not have it enabled.
Act on a campaign that already exists
The three-dot menu on each card gives you:
Details — opens the campaign detail with its results.
Stop — pauses the remaining sends. It asks for confirmation: "Are you sure you want to pause this campaign? You can resume it later."
Resume — appears instead of Stop when the campaign is paused. It asks for a new end date, which must be in the future.
Statistics — takes you to the campaign results.
Delete — deletes the campaign. This action cannot be undone.
Stop and Resume only appear while the campaign is running, that is, between its start date and its end date. On a campaign that has not started yet or has already finished, those options are not in the menu. If the system cannot pause it, it warns you with "This campaign cannot be paused."
Because it can only be stopped while it is running. If its start date has not arrived yet, or if its end date has already passed, the option does not appear in the menu.
That it is a draft: you started configuring the simulation and did not finish it. It does not send anything. Go into the detail to pick it back up where you left off.
While it is stopped, nothing more is sent. When you resume it, you indicate until when the remaining ones can be sent, with the new end date.
No. The calendar shows the current month and the next five. Campaigns from earlier months are consulted from Insights, in the Campaign Explorer.
Yes, but it cannot be undone: the campaign is deleted along with its entire history. Test campaigns are deleted through a separate path, designed precisely so you can remove them without polluting your metrics.
