This feature is a beta version: it may present bugs or glitches, and it is not yet complete or finalized. It is enabled by CX for each company — if you don't see "Quick Checks" in your Academy menu, contact your CX contact to activate it.
Allows you to reinforce a specific security message with an image and a verification question.
Shows you how many employees opened the content and how many answered correctly.
Doesn't send any email from the tool: you generate the link and distribute it through your own channel (for example, an external newsletter).
You can check both the result of each individual Quick Check and the cumulative results for your entire organization.
Navigation: Awareness → Academy → Quick Checks
Go to Awareness → Academy → Quick Checks. You will see the list of all your company's Quick Checks, each on a card with its copyable URL.
Press New to create a new one.
Upload your own image (JPG, PNG, GIF or SVG, maximum 5 MB) by dragging it or selecting it from your device. You can replace it before saving.
Write the verification question.
Fill in the two answer options and mark which one is correct (only one can be marked at a time).
Press Save and copy URL to save and automatically copy the URL to the clipboard. You will see the confirmation "Quick Check saved. URL copied to clipboard."
Share that URL through the channel you prefer. There's no need to assign it or enroll anyone: any employee with an active session in your company can access it through that link.
From the ⋮ menu on each card you can Edit, Delete or View metrics for that Quick Check.
If the Quick Check already has at least one recorded answer, the question and options become locked for editing (only the image can be replaced).
When receiving a Quick Check link (for example, in a newsletter), it takes you directly to Academy.
If you don't have a session started, it first asks you to log in with your corporate account. Once you log in, it takes you directly to that specific Quick Check (not to the Academy home page).
You see the image —you can enlarge it with the "Enlarge image" button, read the question and choose one of the two options. Once you choose, the "Confirm answer" button is enabled.
Upon confirming, you immediately see the result: "Correct answer" (in green) or "Incorrect answer" (in red). If you get it wrong, you are not shown which option was correct.
You can only answer once. If you reopen the link later, you see it in "Already completed" mode, with your previous answer, without being able to change it.
Each link opens a single Quick Check (there is no list or carousel).
Only people from your same company can view and answer it. If the link is broken, doesn't exist, or belongs to another company, you see the message: "We couldn't load this Quick Check".
The image adapts to mobile and can be enlarged to read it better.
Navigation (per Quick Check): card ⋮ menu → View metrics
Navigation (cumulative): Insights → Academy Analytics → Quick Check Analytics
At the level of each Quick Check you will see 4 indicators (Opened, Answers submitted, Correct answer and Incorrect answer) in absolute value and percentage, along with a table of who opened and answered (user, department, result, date/time).
The % of Opens/Answers obtained is calculated over the total number of active users in your company.
The % of Correct/Incorrect answers is calculated over those who answered.
In Quick Check Analytics you will find the same type of report, but cumulative for your entire organization.
If there is no activity yet, you see an empty state instead of broken or zero-value charts.
Deleting a Quick Check removes it from the list and from active URLs; its views and answers stop being counted in the cumulative totals.
Do I have to assign the Quick Check to someone?
No. Access is via link only: any employee with an active session in your company can view it and answer it.
Can I send it by email from Whalemate?
No. The tool doesn't send any email; you are the one who distributes the URL through your own channel.
Can I change the question after publishing it?
Yes, as long as no one has answered yet. Once at least one answer exists, the question and options become locked (only the image can be replaced).
Can an employee answer more than once?
No. Each employee has only one answer per Quick Check and cannot modify it.
What happens if I open a broken, nonexistent, or another company's link?
You see the message "We couldn't load this Quick Check", with no access to the content.
