Share a specific course through external channels (newsletters, intranet, messaging) without the collaborator having to navigate the platform to find it.
Reduce access friction: the collaborator reaches the content in a single click, even if they are not yet logged in.
Automatically enroll collaborators who access via the link, without needing prior assignment.
Use a single generic link for the entire audience: it's the same for all recipients, no unique link is generated per person.
Navigation (administrator): Academy → Cursos → menú del curso (⋮) → Ver
In the course listing, open the course menu (⋮) and select View to enter the course detail page.
In the upper right corner, click on Copy link.
A confirmation notification appears ("Link copied") and the link is placed on the clipboard, ready to paste wherever you need it.
What the collaborator sees when clicking the link:
With an active session in Academy: they go directly to the course. If they weren't enrolled, enrollment happens automatically and seamlessly.
Without an active session: they are redirected to the Academy login. They can authenticate with any of the available methods (email with access link, Google, Microsoft, Okta or Auth0). Upon completing login, they go directly to the course, without passing through the dashboard.
With the email method, the access link can be opened even on another device or window: the redirect to the course remains the same.
The link is generic: it does not identify the recipient. Each collaborator who uses it accesses with their own account and their own enrollment.
If the course does not exist or is no longer available, the collaborator sees the "Course not available" screen with a button to go to their learning catalog. If there is a connection problem when enrolling, they see a screen with the Retry option.
Is the link the same for all collaborators?
Yes. It's a generic course link: you can paste it in a newsletter and all recipients use the same one. Each one accesses with their own account.
Does the collaborator need to be previously enrolled in the course?
No. If they are not enrolled, they are automatically enrolled upon accessing via the link.
What happens if the collaborator already completed the course, or their enrollment expired?
In both cases, accessing via the deep link generates a new enrollment and the course starts from scratch. The previous enrollment (completed or expired) is kept in the history.
What happens if the collaborator is not logged into Academy?
They go through login (with any of the available access methods) and, upon completing it, go directly to the course.
Does the link expire?
No. The link remains valid as long as the course is available on the platform.
Can I generate deep links for learning paths or gallery resources?
Not for now: this functionality is only available for courses.
What happens if the collaborator already has the course assigned and in progress?
Nothing is duplicated. By entering via the link, they access the same enrollment they already had, keeping the progress made so far. No new assignment is generated.
